Tickets & Payments
Each DOLLA Ticket costs 1.08 USDT/USDC. This price includes the platform service fee. You can buy as many tickets as you want for any active lot to increase your chances of winning.
We accept USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) on multiple blockchain networks: Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, Ethereum, and TRON. Both stablecoins are pegged to the US Dollar, so 1 USDT/USDC always equals approximately $1.
Go to your Dashboard and click "Deposit." Select your preferred network and you will see a deposit address. Send USDT or USDC to that address. Your balance updates automatically within seconds after blockchain confirmation. Make sure to select the correct network to avoid loss of funds.
Tickets assigned to active lots are generally non-refundable. However, if a lot is cancelled by DOLLA before completion (e.g., if it does not sell out within the time limit), all tickets for that lot are automatically refunded to your DOLLA Ticket balance. You can then use them for other lots or withdraw.
Winning
Winners are selected using our provably fair algorithm. When all tickets for a lot are sold, the system combines a pre-committed server seed with the blockchain hash of the final purchase transaction. This produces a number that determines the winning ticket. The process is mathematically verifiable and impossible to manipulate.
When you win, DOLLA Tickets equal to the prize value are instantly credited to your account balance. For example, if you win an iPhone 15 Pro Max lot valued at 1199 tickets, you receive 1199 DOLLA Tickets. You can then withdraw these as USDT/USDC or use them to enter more lots.
Your chance of winning equals the number of tickets you hold divided by the total tickets in the lot. For example, if a lot has 500 tickets and you buy 5, your chance is 5/500 = 1%. Each lot displays your current winning probability in real-time as you purchase tickets.
Crypto & Withdrawal
Go to your Dashboard, click "Withdraw," select your preferred network (Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, or TRON), enter your wallet address, and specify the amount. Withdrawals are reviewed manually within 24 hours, but usually processed much faster. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USDT/USDC.
DOLLA charges a small processing fee on withdrawals, plus the blockchain network fee which varies by network. Polygon and Arbitrum typically have the lowest fees (under $0.01). The exact fee is displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.
For the lowest fees, we recommend Polygon or Arbitrum. Base is also very affordable. Solana offers fast confirmations. TRON is widely supported by exchanges. Choose based on where you want to receive your funds — make sure your destination wallet supports the network you select.
Security
Before each lot begins, we publish a SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed. When the lot sells out, we combine the server seed with the blockchain hash of the last transaction to calculate the winner. After the draw, the server seed is revealed so anyone can verify: (1) the hash matches the pre-published commitment, and (2) the winner calculation is correct.
Yes. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, encrypted data at rest, and regular security audits. We never store your private keys or have access to your external cryptocurrency wallets.
